I adapted this recipe from one I found in a vegetarian cookbook and it is delish!
These are really moist and yummy! No one will know they're vegan. It'll be our little secret.
Whatever veggies you have; Baby bok choy and/or bean sprouts would be nice too.

I barbecue these on med-low flame in a veggie basket. Check and stir (turn) every few minutes. My favorite combo is with baked potato and pork tenderloin.
