I changed some things like vegetable stock to seafood stock it is lower in calories and taste great, also i added kale for the extra veggies it is great without or with, This recipe is doubled i made a ton becuase it is so low in calories and extremely healthy hitting all food groups its perfect for dinner when i may have splerged earlier in the day.
