Got this recipe from Price Chopper (our local grocery store) and have made it twice. My whole family liked this one which says alot for the recipe. The recipe says to use a grill but I used my George Foreman grill and it worked beatifully. Also, you can use Promise Margarine to lower the fat grams.

It's high in fiber and protein. Each serving size of this soup is ~13-15 ounces. If you only eat 1 cup of soup as your seving the nutritional info is 140 calories and 4.7g of fat.
