Fried Rice Breakfast
A great way to use up cooked rice. Feel free to add different vegetables, bacon is optional, skip or use whatever you’d rather: Chicken, shrimp, roast pork, sausage, or any other pro Tien would work just fine. I would definitely keep the eggs, but vegans could certainly opt out, or perhaps scramble tofu with tempeh would work just fine.
