Spicy Chicken and Bok Choy Stir Fry
This came from the South Beach Diet Spicy Shrimp and Bok Choy Stir Fry. I used Chicken instead of Shrimp since I can't eat Shrimp. Depending on how spicy you like your food, you can increase or decrease the Chili-Garlic Sauce and/or add some Orange Marmalade to it to sweeten it up and/or cut down the spiciness.
