Adapted from Paula Deen's recipe. High in protein, low in carbs and calories!
I re-worked my favorite high-fat, high-calorie, little-nutrition Banana Nut Bread recipe, and came up with a winner!
Not sure where I got this recipe, but I've been using it for years now. Makes a moist and very yummy banana nut bread.
This is a very good banana bread that you can add nuts or dried fruit of your choice to but they will move the calorie per serving up quick.
