This is my attempt to make a classic casserole a little lighter... we take it to all sorts of events and everyone always loves it!
These are fast and tasty. If desired, top with a bit of marinara, mustard, etc. This makes 4 small patties, so I usually double the recipe for my family.
Additional seasonings like Old Bay, cayenne, and garlic can be added to spice these easy patties up!
Moist, melt in your mouth turkey. Serve this with some wild rice and asparagus for the perfect meal.
I like the Jimmy Dean De-Light breakfast bowls, but not the sodium or the cost...so I made my own version. It refrigerates really well for microwaving later...
