Cheesy Broccoli Soup for Two
Anyone cooking for just one or two? I am! I've seen many good recipes that make alot but unfortunately my hubby isn't fond of any kind of leftovers! I have to create recipes for two or three to avoid leftover servings. This is one of my creations. Serve with a salad, whole grain rolls and some fruit and dinner is done!
