Vegetable Fried Rice with Pan Fried Tofu
This is an amalgam of a recipe taken from the New York Times Website for "Fried Rice with Tofu and Broccoli" with the tofu preparation taken instead from "The Best Pan Fried Tofu" taken from food.com, and a few additional flavors that my "mind's tongue" saw fit (most importantly, fresh basil). It turned out very well for a first attempt at stir frying and cooking tofu!
Make sure that the rice is already cooked before making this dish, I had to stick mine in the fridge an hour before stir frying and it was a little mushy.
