Big Beautiful Breakfast Bars
These are very low carb and suitable for all phases of Atkins, Keto diets and Primal. Omit the cheese for the Paleo diet. You can use your protein bar pans, the bottom of muffin cups or muffin top pans. I used my Twinkie pan and it worked great. I added two more slices of bacon, two eggs and another ounce of sausage then doubled the whole thing. I also added garlic, spinach and mushrooms. I put them in baggies for my husband to take all week to work while he is doing the low carb diet. They warm up great but are also good cold according to him. For a diabetic diet you could reduce the fat and sodium by using turkey bacon and ground turkey sausage.
