Homemade Whole Wheat Bread
Wholesome whole-wheat bread. I suggest grinding your wheat fresh to retain the most nutrients from the grain. (2 loaves takes about 3.5 cups of wheat kernel). You can use hard red or hard white wheat, depending on your taste (red is more earthy/bitter).
