A recipe I modified from a recipe I found on this web site. The batter comes out fairly thick, so I add the 1/2 cup of water as necessary. I live at a high altitude (alt = Denver), so you may need to add less water. I add fresh blueberries to the batter, and melt frozen berries in the mircowave and add them on top for a delicious breakfast!

Its a leftover from my university days, but I still crave popcorn and wine for dinner on occasion. In this case, we will go straight to the worst case scenario...a regular movie popcorn with butter and a glass of wine. (I must be realistic!) This is the one complete meal my teenage son can fix, independently. In fact, my entire family loves to make this meal. Everyone washes hands, then proceeds to add the ingredients that he or she likes, and omit the ingredients not desired. I have the vegetables washed and chopped, and each family member makes their own creations. Some even add a dash of paprika for color. After all the aluminum foil envelopes are created, we simply write the chef's name (using a Sanford Sharpie marker) on the outside of his or her masterpiece.
