Yummy and healthy alternative to a New Orleans classic.
This is not low calorie but is very yummy. It is high in protein and low carb but still a treat to eat.
Use "less fat" directions to make the red beans and rice and add a pkg of Jimmy Dean ground sausage. Quick dinner! Serve with Salad and Corn Bread.
