This is the version of the Trader Joe's recipe that I use. There is less fat and sodium (using less butter, almonds instead of pine nuts, and low-sodium salt and chicken broth), and more fiber with using whole wheat couscous. I also rarely have shallots on hand, so substituted onions with a few shakes of ginger. My family likes cilantro so I used that instead of parsley. Submitted by: JENBETTON
