Lactose free veggie italian bake
shred cabbage
cube eggplant
brown turkey
shred cheese
1.pour about 1 cup in bottom of large baking dish
2.layer 1/2 cabbage, 1/2 eggplant and 1/2 turkey.
3. pour 1/2 of tomato sauce on top.
4. repeat #2 & #3 finishing off ingredients
5. sprinkle cheese on top
6. bake at 350 for approx. 45 - 60 minutes until cheese lightly browns.
