Low Fat/Vegan Flax Waffles
I made these one morning when my boyfriend wanted waffles and I had no eggs. The flax meal replaces the eggs, and the applesauce replaces the oil that you would have in a traditional waffle recipe. I even use agave or stevia for the sugar to make it even healthier! They are a little chewier than your standard recipe but they are SO yummy with some homemade jelly on them!
