Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes
Don't let the number of ingredients scare you away from trying this yummy and low fat recipe. Once you get all of the ingredients out, it puts together quickly. The pancakes have the warm taste of apples and cinnamon and my kids have rated them "mom's best pancakes EVER". On the weekends, I make a double batch and freeze the leftovers to eat on busy school mornings.
