Healthy Lasagna
Boil Lasagna per instructions (9 pieces)
Cook Ground Turkey with onion add garlic powder and garlic salt. When Turkey is cooked completely, drain and add spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
Mix together shredded mozzarella, carrots and zucchini and set aside.
Layer pasta, cottage cheese, meat sauce, spinach and cheese veggie mix and repeat. The last layer is meat sauce only with Parmesan on top.
