Pretty Pink Pasta (low fat)
This tomato-based pasta was originally my grandmother's, but I cut out the 1/2 cup of butter she would always use and subsituted the fat-free butter instead which gives the shells their lovely pink color!
Great base recipe; also good as a side dish. PS: (any macaroni will do, I like the shells because they "scoop" the sauce up!)
