Turkey Corn Chowder
This chowder is healthy due to fat free half and half, delicious turkey breast, and lots of vegetables. It is a terrific way to use previously roasted turkey. But if you don't have any leftover, most stores sell fresh turkey breast cutlets. Simply cook the cutlets over medium heat, then cut into chunks and add to the soup, along with the pan juices!
