Spinach and Fruit Smoothy
Begin with a cup of the spinach, 6oz. of low-calorie/diet juice, and 2oz. of water in the blend. Blend these ingredients together before adding the frozen fruit, yogurt and dash of cinnamon. Once everything is added blend it all together until smooth.
