EXCELLENT as a dip or served over pasta. Makes five 3/4 cup servings when served over pasta. You can get more servings if you use smaller portions as a dip.

My family and I love the appetizer dip with the artichoke hearts and spinach with tortilla chips!! I went on a quest for a recipe that tasted like eating out. I love this one, please try it!!

Don't give up any of the flavor in this warm , yummy dip by not adding the cream cheese

My serving size is .25 cups however, 2 tablespoons is the normal serving size.

Once again had fresh spinach that needed to be used and came up with a great recipe. My kids love spinach artichoke dip so this was a great way to get their veggies in also.

This recipe is served as 8 oz 'For 2' or 4 ounces as "Sass for One"
