Banana Chia Seeds Oatmeal Breakfast Squares
This is what happens when you have too many bananas going ripe on you! This wonderful recipe idea 'sparked' on me just when I was about to have breakfast this morning. Not only is it low in fat, but also it is packed with protein, fiber, and calcium. It is a great way to start your day. Need more protein? Substitute 1/2 the flour with one scoop of protein! Enjoy!
