Turkey Kofta
This is a recipe that I adapted from another site. Originally, the recipe called for 6 tbls of olive oil. This is a much lower calorie Kofta. It is very tasty. I served with apple raita but listed the recipe separate because it has more than 6 servings. Topped with a little fat free or regular feta and you've got a tasty dinner.
